As its name suggests, English Bay is an open bay neighbourhood located northwest of the Burrard Peninsula in British Columbia, Canada. It encompasses part of the coast of Stanley Park, the West End, Kitsilano, West Point Grey and the University Endowment Lands, with False Creek laying at its eastern end.

The Celebration of Light fireworks festival takes place on three nights during July and August when there is a spectacular light show.
